Join us on Thursday 27 March as we show a charity film in our Café Bar.
The Parkinsons Project is a moving but uplifting film which follows climber and teacher, Chris Hamper, as he navigates his diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. His Parkinson’s diagnosis has forced him to redefine his passion for climbing.
“A beautiful film that shows the reality and optimism of living a climbing life with progressive Parkinson’s disease, with a storytelling finesse that meant I didn’t take my eyes off the screen once whilst watching”
Showing is in the Cafe Bar from 8pm-9pm. It’s an informal affair, with no booking required and entry is free, however, if there’s anything you can spare on the night as a donation it will be very much welcome. Every penny donated will go towards the continued distribution of the film, raising awareness towards Parkinson’s and stimulate conversations about neurological conditions within the sporting community.
While the film is running the café will be still be open, though most of the lights will be off.

Hope to see you there.
