CLIMBING CENTRE MANAGER

CLIMBING CENTRE MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic manager to lead, support, develop and organise the climbing team and facilities at 270 Climbing, to ensure we are the best place to climb for everyone and be one of the best climbing walls in the country.

You’ll need to do this in a way that puts the climber’s safety and experiences first, but with a keen eye on efficiency and cost control.

CAFE BAR MANAGER

CAFE BAR MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and organised Café Bar Manager to oversee and develop the café and kitchen operations at the park.  As our Café Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, consistent, high-quality food and drink offerings, and smooth day-to-day management of staff and facilities while driving both revenue and maintaining cost controls. 

In this role you will need a mix of entrepreneurial flair, hospitality expertise and be passionate about providing a high quality food and drinks offering to the varied profile of our customer base. We’re looking for someone who has the expertise to make the Cafe Bar a friendly, welcoming, community-driven space for everyone that visits – whether they be regular climbers, families on a day out, remote workers or locals just passing by.

Includes evenings and weekends.

CLIMBING INSTRUCTOR

CLIMBING INSTRUCTOR

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and qualified Climbing Instructor to join our team at 270 Climbing Park. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude and is passionate about climbing and the climbing community. You must be CWI qualified, reliable, punctual and professional with strong customer service skills and a desire to continuously learn and adapt. You must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.

You will be responsible for delivering climbing sessions, ensuring the safety of our customers, and supporting the smooth operation of our climbing facilities. Includes evenings and weekends.

MOBILE EVENT MANAGER & DRIVERS

MOBILE EVENT MANAGERS & DRIVERS

We’re on the lookout for multiple Mobile Event Manager & Drivers to join us for our busy summer season.

The core of the role is, driving and transporting the equipment to and from the events, managing a small team and delivering a great activity day, in line with operational policy. We work with schools, charities and businesses across the UK, and everyone from private parties to public national events and festivals with thousands in attendance.

Successful candidates must be over 18 years old, hold a full UK driving License, be comfortable driving vehicles and large trailers (or able to be trained) great to work with, have effective communication skills, a professional attitude, and a flexible approach to working – and of course be comfortable working in a busy environment at events & schools. Due to the nature of the roles, weekend work is essential and successful applicants must be available for most weekends. We cover a wide number of events so this can involve early starts and long rewarding days and some overnight stays.

After working the summer season, the successful applicants also then have opportunity to become part of the team at the park.
